What cookies are

What we use today

• breedquest.com (this site): your theme (light/dark) and language/region choice, kept in your browser's local storage. Purely functional — it never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.
• app.breedquest.com (the web app): a session token that keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary to provide the service; removed when you sign out.
• The BreedQuest iOS app: no cookies and no third-party tracking SDKs. Its data practices are covered by the Privacy Policy.

Advertising and affiliate links

BreedQuest is funded by respectful ads and partner links. Today this website serves no advertising cookies. If a future advertising partner needs to set cookies on this site, we will name the partner here, link their privacy policy, and ask for your consent first where the law requires it (e.g. EU ePrivacy and GDPR). Review: finalize once ad partners are chosen, together with the consent-management approach.
